 Q: How are the designs put on the shirts?

A: All designs are made with heat transfer vinyl and pressed with a heat press.

Q: What's the difference between Gildan and Bella Canvas?

A: These are the two shirt brands that I put designs on. They both offer high quality, ethically made shirts. The two companies do allow me to carry a wide selection of colors between them both. Gildan shirts are true to size, except the hoodie, which may need a size up) and they tend to be a heavier sturdier shirt. They do have a soft style option that is softer than the normal line. Bella Canvas shirts are all true to size and they offer a softer stretchier and thiner material for their shirts.

Q: How do I wash my shirt?

A: Wash inside out in cold water. Hang to dry. Do NOT iron directly on design.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I return and exchange my shirt?

A: All shirts are made to order and exchanges or refunds are not available after your shirt has been made. 

Q: How fast will my order ship?

A: I have a two week processing time for each order. Each shirt is made to order. I do not stock shirts in house.

Q: Is your home smoke free and pet free?

A: Yes! My home is both smoke free, pet free and fragrence free.
